Poor queen bee of TV Oprah Winfrey was putting on a pre-Oscar show at 10pm Thursday night. The only problem was no one watched it.
We're a little confused about Oprah's business plans lately. First she announces she's putting the kibosh on her daily talk show next year, and now when she tries to do a little something extra, no one even cares. Well, we care Oprah! (Not that we were watching because it was half off pitchers of beer night at our favorite burger joint).
CSI: NY had 12.45 million viewers and Law & Order: SVU 9.04 million last night. Meanwhile, the big O only had 4.37 million watching her TV special.
Maybe it's time for Oprah took a break from the spotlight. She could always make a Britney Spears comeback in five years.
We think she should play hard to get. Make us beg for you, O!
